Born in Washington, D.C., Aster is a native to the DMV though she hasn't always called it home. Having moved to attend High School in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Aster returned to the US for college and shortly after moved to New York City.

By way of her first role as a Business Development Manager for an online African News platform, Aster began her real estate career in one of the world's most competitive markets in the world.

After a successful eight years in New York City, Aster lived in Los Angeles to continue her entrepreneurial ventures. Realizing that she felt the most at home back on the East Coast, Aster eventually returned to DC where she had already begun her Master's Degree studies at Georgetown University in Real Estate Development.

Aster spends her time exploring creative spaces both locally and internationally. If she's not visiting an exhibition, you'll likely find her hosting or enjoying a comforting meal at a table with some of her favorite people.
